In 29 years of comprehensive experience in the field of Electrical Power Systems and substation designs, he has good knowledge of power systems planning and operation of electrical works. He has acquired broad experience in energy sector development, energy policy and planning plus extensive experience in project appraisal, risk assessment, design preparation, procurement planning, monitoring and evaluation and has an excellent track record in successful project leadership and intercultural teamwork.
With over 18 years of comprehensive experience in public life in positions of leadership and governance, he has good knowledge of political systems planning and operations of democratic institutions through his acquired broad experience in finance and economic sector development, policy and planning plus extensive experience in policy appraisal.
He is endowed with excellent verbal and written communication proficiency including, state of the art presentation skills with long-term experience in intercultural communication with comprehensive experience in institutional development, capacity building and training.
